large suite convenient location helpful staff noisy floors road traffic audible swimming

the suite was quite large. it featured a big open plan, as well as a spacious bedroom and bathroom. the central location within the city was convenient (i could reach many attractions easily). the staff proved very helpful and cute.

the first few floors are noisy because they are very close to road traffic. i could clearly hear every car engine. also, the 18th floor is directly underneath the rooftop swimming pool. the reception team tried their best to give rooms within those noisy areas.

Fantastic Apartment Hotel Experience!

functional kitchen varied breakfast modern fitness area

This two bedroom apartment had plenty room! The kitchen provides all the appliance I needed. The fitness area includes a treadmill, elliptical machine, and free weights. Breakfast offers many choices, including a delicious omelet station and various pastries.

The elevators had some delays, but the stairs work fine for a little exercise.

Rokeya, Mavzoona, and Murali at the front desk offer friendly help. The sales executive is friendly and helpful. The staff is very keen to listen to you.

This location provides access to stores. I walk to Abudhabi mall, it only takes ten minutes. The location provides quick taxi rides to Saadiyat beach, in just five to seven minutes.

the provided amenities included cooking wares utensils and a washing machine. i also appreciated the hotel's convenient location with supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

i experienced a slight delay once waiting for my car from the valet parking.

valet parking bad manager

The staff was friendly, ACCEPTABLE.

The valet parking service was a DISASTER. A car blocked my car, and the manager did NOTHING. I waited more than 10 minutes. He didn't even bother calling the driver. This was the worst valet parking experience EVER.
